Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Winter Season 2025-26
Traveling teams depend on every player to keep up their commitment. Each team has a very tight budget; if a player leaves during the season, another child may have lost an opportunity to play at that level. The BPBA also incurs expenses related to each player that may not be recoverable if a child quits. For these reasons BPBA will NOT refund any part of a player's registration. The exception if is a participant is moved up to the varsity or JV high school team after the season has already started, BPBA may prorate the refund. All exceptions to this refund policy are subject to BPBA Board approval. In addition, BPBA will destroy all checks received from students who are not assigned a team.
